Day Wise Itinerary

Day 01 – Arrive Cochin

On arrival at Cochin airport / railway station and proceed to your hotel, Later visit St Francis Church, the oldest Church in India, Cantilevered Chinese fishing nets, 16th century Synagogue, Jew Town and Mattancherry Palace, built by Portuguese, Palace contains some of India’s most beautiful murals. Overnight at the hotel in Cochin

Day 02 – – Cochin – Munnar (Approx 129 Kms / 4 Hrs)

This morning after breakfast proceed to Munnar. Munner is one of the most idyllic tourist destinations in Kerala. Set at an altitude of 6000 ft, Munnar was the favored summer resort of the British rulers in the colonial days. An unending expanse of tea plantations, pristine valleys and mountains, exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries and forests, and the aroma of spice scented cool air, Munnar has all these and more. Enroute Visit Cheyyappara, Valara waterfalls and Karadipara View Point. On arrival check in to the Hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Munnar

Day 03 – Munnar City Tour

Today you can have the full day sightseeing tour of the Romantic hills in Munnar, where you can visit the Eravikulam National Park to witness the jungle habitants and different and rare spices of wildlife. Then you can visit the Mattupetty dam which is constructed 1800 m above the sea level. Later visit Echo point. As the name resembles is its nature. The calmness of this place is frequently disturbed by the visitors since the word you throw to the nature in air, comes back again as an echo. Your next destination would be the tea museum (Closed on Monday). An informative place for all kids and tea lovers. This place has many photographs and machinery’s of how the tea leaves are processed and definitely it will be exciting for tea sippers to know the mechanisms. In the evening take a quiet walk and explore the undisturbed nature. Overnight at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 04 – Munner To Thekkady (Approx 99 Kms / 3.5 Hrs)

This morning drive to Thekkady which is famous for its wildlife sanctuary and for a large variety of spices found here. Enroute you may visit Spice Plantation. Later check into the hotel .Overnight at the hotel in Thekkady.

Day 05 – Thekkady

Today you can Visit Thekkady Wildlife Sanctuary and Nearby Spice Plantation also you can do some shopping like Spice Materials. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Thekkady.

Day 06 – Thekkady To Kumarakom (Approx 124 Kms /4 Hrs)

Today after the breakfast drive to Kumarakom. On arrival check in the hotel.Visit Kumarakom bird sanctuary. Overnight at the hotel in Kumarakom.

Day 07 – : Kumarakom To Marari (Approx 27 Kms /1 Hrs)
